Scaling into a workspace three times the size of their previous office, Miovision needed one integrator to deliver cabling, AV, and acoustics across it. Tekena designed and delivered a prefabricated foundation of 835 prefabricated structured cabling drops across their 70,000 sq ft fit-out — part of a 500,000 sq ft single-storey warehouse conversion — with integrated AV, centralized control, and sound masking engineered for the open, high-ceiling environment.
Miovision expanded on the same foundation — and the model has extended well beyond their own footprint. The same team returned to fit out a separate co-working space in the building, and also engaged building-wide by the owners for cabling, AV, sound masking, and video walls across the common areas.
